A quick experiment to test different running speeds with different guns.
Also how long it takes to recover your breath after running.

I like this video 🙂
the breath recovery has to be fixed. its taking to long and with m4 its like nothing and with any ak it will be alot and take long time before you can shot if you just been running. Its a game supposed to be fun! Right now to unrealistic annoying or to realistic… its still a game remember that.
nice research pal. 42 seconds eh? that’s kinda interesting because that’s the same time it takes to cool down 0.1C when you strip off having overheated when wearing a ghillie. I tested it loads of times thinking it can’t be 42 seconds it must be something less random, like 40 seconds.
Hmm coincidence? Perhaps the devs are big fans of Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy.

Wouldn’t it logical the running speed with secondary weapon to be higher than the speed with primary weapon?…
wouldn’t it be logical*
Yes but playercontroller will be reworked in the near future (9 years aprox, just kidding haha funny little joke)… cause pvp are very problematic and all values will be changed but first things first the new animation system must be done and after all of this things the playercontroller and speedtimes will be tweaked.
PVP in CQB cases not at long distances…
Nice experiment!! Could you maybe do one, where one time you run with fully energized and hydrated; and the other without. Maybe see if you make a faster recovery when energized too. 🙂
nice video and a great shot in end section gg
I like this video, thanks for testing.
Have you tested sitting for recovery? I’ve heard that if you sit (F3) the recovery time is even shorter.
