In my opinion, this playstyle is the coolest in dayz. Crafting, hunting and surviving in the wildness is just pure fun. Try it for yourself!

The pic is from July 6. Things like deer-backpack, improved arrows, improved knife, horticulture etc. was not in the game.
I also like this playstyle, it’s a lot of fun to survive as well as possible by natural resources. I hope in the future it will be possible to survive only by nature resources, because currently you still need matchbox for fire, shovel for horticulture, axe to get ashe wooden stick etc.!
Have you seen the leather clothes (hat, vest, pants and shoes) which will be craftable soon?
wow, this guy in the screenshot (maybe you) is a pure survivor. Yeah, i have seen it, they are looking amazing! I’m looking forward to use these clothes. Do you have any idea when they will be implemented?

Well, the craftable hat was the first leaked craftable leather item (~october). I think they need first to improve the crafting system (stack leather, or create a system where you can combine more than 2 things).
