Seriously starting to piss me off now im crashing and cant even play anymore…same 000000000something cant read….ive verified files says im missing so download file still crashes….
Try exp they had a update for that again yesterday
Crash 0x000000000001
Experimental branch .62 (This morning, June 27, 2017 patch – 13.8mb), as of time of this posting, solved many of the issues. Still happens but not as often. I also doubled my static Virtual Memory from 2048 to 4096 which saw a further reduction in crash occurrences. You mileage will vary.
If this is referring to the memory error everyone gets, your best bet is to try playing is 64x mode, as it allows your PC to use more memory for DayZ.
Some people have less crashes in 32x, some have less in 64x.
When you go to play dayz, right-click on the play button in your library. It will give you the option between 32bit and 64bit.
If you already knew this, I’m sorry. I’ve had several people on teamspeak complain about crashes, and found out they had no idea this was an option. It won’t stop memory crashes completely (.63 is supposed to have crushed this bug), but choosing the right bit to run in can make your game more stable.
go to the launch settings on steam and write this”-nosplash -noPause -newui -malloc=system”, will stop most crashes
