Due to .55 being a new direction for DayZ in which the team has changed the direction of loot spawning etc, therefore myself and my team decided to produce this INSANE base!

yes but how can i compete when all my tents disappear
Ive had the same issue when i place down another tent the other ones disappear 🙁
why doesn’t any one love me
And if those would have some logical order then it would be so cool, but really nice anyways 😀
grats, u just got robbed!:P
god damn gj
*second best. 😀
i still win.
If I got a server and remembered what it’s called and made a farm and tents and got loot inside of it, when I log off and log in the next day will all my things be back there still? Other than someone walking past and taking my things
Yes. With 0.55 persistence has been forced onto all servers. But – in the past with certain new patches loaded onto servers, tents must be packed up or you lose them. Will this happen in the future? I would guess yes, maybe not with all patches but I’m sure it will happen at some point. You can even put backpacks on the ground with loot in them and it should stay there, on the same condition of the above. However I’d love to know how persistence works with things like trucks, currently they vanish and respawn with each server reboot. So it makes collecting trucks pretty pointless – but how will it work in the future if they don’t respawn? If the server only allows say 12 trucks per server pretty quickly you will never find them at their spawn points and they will all be hidden at peoples hidey holes. Anybody know???
currently 15 trucks spawn per server (5 being civilian or “cargo”). and if a truck is not interacted within i think 1 or 2 weeks then that specific truck will despawn where it is and respawn at one of its spawning locations.
Cheers.
